This video really hits home for me, since my own mom got her first Handstand at age 60! Soundschi over at Handstand Diary interviews Christine, who is Handstanding and Pole Dancing into her 50’s! I absolutely love this interview because it just proves how powerful this practice is!
For any of you out there who think that you’re “too old” to start a Handstand practice, think again. Your body is able to do anything you ask it to if you train in a smart way. I love how Christine walks through her training regimen in the video. Consequently, I hope you all draw some inspiration from her story!
Handstand is a tool that you can use to keep your mind sharp, your body strong, and your discipline on point.
Enjoy!
