Ever been in a struggle with you handstand balance? Whether you’re a seasoned handstand practitioner or just starting out this quick video is for you! My friend Soundschi over at Handstand Diary breaks down a few small, yet significant things to pay attention to in order to advance your handstand balance practice. You can follow along with her and do the things she recommends at home.

Soundschi and I agree on a lot of things. One of these things is that…. drumroll, please! …there is no quick fix when it comes to your handstand balance. It takes hours of hard work and consistency. However, the three things she talks about in this video are quick “practices” you can implement and get better at in order to advance. Like I mentioned earlier, a great part of this is… you can practice these at home!

Is anyone with me on this whole “nailing Handstand takes lots of work” thing? Soundschi puts the fun back into the whole “work” concept; her perspective is light and intentional.

Soundschi is super knowledgeable and this video showcases her expertise and sense of humor, which I am a fan of. I also love that she mentions the “Face The Wall” practice when it comes to your handstand. Check out her “Face The Wall” AKA “FTW” demo as well as some other super helpful tips in the video below.

If you have questions or comments for Soundschi, you can leave them here on the YouTube video feed, or head on over to handstanddiary.com and reach out to her directly!

Stay tuned Handstander, as I have plenty more Handstand goodies from Soundschi coming your way! Her light-hearted approach to practice and genuine good nature make her a pleasure to work with, so be sure to keep coming back for more Handstand tips, interviews with the pros, and general practice knowledge.

Easy 🙂
