Let me be the first to congratulate you on taking your relationship with Handstand to the next level.

And I use the term “relationship” very purposefully. This course is not all that different than a romantic relationship. Let’s be honest, we’ve all dove into something way too fast and thrown caution to the wind at least once or twice…and it ended in total disaster of course.

On the other hand, you can’t just sit on the sidelines and expect anything to happen without taking action. Like any good relationship, Handstand needs to be flirted with, courted, romanced, and eventually you develop a deep and intimate relationship with it.

I’ve done a few Handstands in my day, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the more intimate you get with your practice, the richer the experience you’ll have, and the faster you’ll get to your goal.
