What if I've never done a Handstand before?

No problem! 6 Weeks to Handstand gives options and modifications for people of all experience levels. Kyle's core belief is to be as inclusive as possible to make proper training accessible to anyone and everyone that wants it.


Do I need to buy a bunch of equipment?

Nope! All of Kyle's courses utilize your body weight as the tool, and he gets creative by using things your can find around your house to facilitate some of the exercises....a small towel, a bottle of water, a stack of books, etc. Training should be simple and focused, not bogged down with weird machines or weights.
