Handstand Bootcamp is a weekend workshop happening June 14th & 15th in Denver CO at Rise Yoga in Stanley Marketplace! This 2-day workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn how to hit a freestanding handstand! The only requirement is that you be able to kick to the wall already, and I’ll take care of the rest

Beginner students will work on the fundamentals of creating and holding a freestanding position, while the intermediate students will focus on strength & technique progressions of their current practice.
This workshop is open to all levels, and all the skills and drills included will come with modifications for every skill level!
