Then YOU are exactly who I built this workshop for! This 3-part series is all about setting you up for big breakthroughs by getting you to practice with better technique. Your freestanding balance will simply be a byproduct of training smarter!
Your live workouts are 60 minutes and will be available on the Replay Page for an entire week after the bootcamp concludes! Each workout comes with full warmup and cooldown, so my team and I have you taken care of from start to finish!
Nope. Just some wall space and an open floor. That’s it!
