100% YES! This app is your on-demand coaching resource for all things handstand related. The only aspect of the app that has a schedule are the live Zoom community calls, and even if you can’t make those, I upload all recordings that same day the calls happen 🙂
The drill breakdowns are between 5 – 10 minute each. They come with full explanation of the drill, a visual demonstration for you to watch, and then 2 to 3 working sets that we do together as I walk us through them…much like the format of the 21 Habits series!
With my app, can use these videos as your own personal “plug & play” handstand resource to work into your current fitness routine as you see fit. You can do a few drills each day, or dive into one of the full 60-minute workouts. Again, you have unlimited access!
Your app experience is entirely subscription based, so if you decide to cancel at any time, it’s as simple as that. You will not be charged after your current subscription period ends. You have the option to do a monthly subscription or pay up front for the annual and save some money. Both options break down to a monthly cost of less than a single drop-in yoga class!
You may have tried other coaches before, or even gone to handstand workshops, and not gotten much out of them. This app is the brainchild of my years of training in Yoga, Gymnastics, and Hand Balancing, and I learned all this as an adult, so I specialize in teaching adults because I remember exactly what that learning curve was like!
Yes, indeed. Those videos are my gift to you. That said, the 21 Habits series will not have any new drills, workouts, or coaching added to it moving forward. The complete library of handstand training (not to mention the community) all exists on the app interface, and that is where I’ll be uploading new videos and answering student questions 🙂
Yes! When my mom wanted to get in shape and was craving something exciting to take on, she dove into my handstand program as a casual challenge to start…and before we knew it, she was doing 30-seconds holds in her basement (with the support of her 3 cats, of course). Mom, if you’re reading this, I love you.
