Each video is a self-contained unit that include warm-up, workout, and cool down. When done in the protocol I have outlined for you, they are the 5 most powerful Handstand training videos on the market. Before we dive into why the regimen works so well, let's take a look at the breakdown of each video in the ELITE program!


Workout Breakdown

Simply put, Handstand ELITE focuses on strength building and skill acquisition, based on scientific research around a beautiful little chemical structure known as MYELIN. Now, you may have never heard of Myelin before, but every single time you've ever learned to do anything, your good friend Myelin was responsible. In the ELITE course I explain how and why training smarter leads to faster skill acquisition!
That said, I practice what I preach! These videos are the actual rep-for-rep workouts I do myself for each of these skill sets that got me to that next level of strength and balance, and I want to share them with you because you're not the kind of person that gives up on your progress.

Workout 1: Foundations

This video is the most important in the entire set! Building a solid foundation in your Handstand entries and transitions is how you progress to the bigger tasks. Much like the name implies, this video is the building block for the rest of the package, and is your go-to workout!

Workout 2: Endurance

Up next is the Endurance piece of your training. It's one thing to kick up and hold for a few seconds, but this video teaches how to get the most out of your stack and stay up for longer as you approach the coveted 1-minute free-standing hold!

Workout 3: Press

The ability to put your hands on the ground and lift your feet effortlessly is the sign of a true Handstander. This video stresses the importance of your forward fold and hip mobility, to put the physics equation on your side. You'll earn your Pike & Straddle Press through a combination of strength AND technique!

Workout 4: One-Arm Prep

Preparing your body for the beautiful One-Arm Handstand requires you to understand how to shift your torso, control your hips, and stabilize your core. This video will give you the essential drills for learning a brand new definition of balance in your Handstand practice!

Workout 5: Mobility

This piece of Handstand ELITE is just plain fun! This workout will introduce new movements into your Handstand: Bicycle and Frog Legs. This is a way for you to focus on shoulder and core stability while introducing a dynamic movement element into your Handstand!



This program takes you from Foundations and Endurance, into a whole new set of skills like Pressing, One-Arm Prep, and Dynamic Leg Variations, happily myelinating each circuit along the way!
Did you know that you actually started the Myelination process in your body when your mom was about 29 weeks pregnant with you, and you’ve been doing it ever since!? So what the hell is "Myelination"?
1. Every movement you do in your body is simply an electrical signal that travels through a chain of nerve fibers.
2. Myelin is the insulation that wraps the nerve fibers and increases your strength, speed, and accuracy of the electrical signal associated with the movement.
3. The more you fire a specific movement circuit, the more myelin optimizes your circuit, and the stronger, faster, and more fluent your movements become.
So each time you repeat a movement, your old pal Myelin is right there making sure it fires better and better.

Before we introduce Press Training, One-Arm Prep, or Mobile Handstanding, you first work on building your entries and timed holds. This core strength will accelerate your progress in later Phases! Each Phase will strategically incorporate and introduce the focused movements of the upcoming Phase so you are continually advancing and progressing your practice!



That said, do you need to have a 2-minute Handstand, Pike Press, or One-Arm Handstand already to do this program?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! That’s exactly why you do the drill protocol in this program, so you can get to these next milestone as fast as possible!
