Each month we pick a theme to focus on, so that your workouts are structured, and so that you can continue to improve in specific areas by devoting multiple workouts to them. These topics range from Strength to Balance to Entries, and I’m ALWAYS open to suggestions if there’s something in particular you’d like me to cover!
