Handstand Bootcamp is an all-levels weekend series designed for beginners who are still on the wall and want to finally hit their freestanding balance…or freestanding students who want to add more to their Handstand skills. You will learn the entries of Scissor, Tuck, and Straddle, along with the best training drills so you can lock in your freestanding stability and control! Join me for a weekend of playtime and exploration of inverted positions on your hands!
This workshop spans 2 evening practices on March 1st and 2nd from 4:00pm to 6:30pm both days. The total all-in cost for both days is $150, and you can sign up through the Chrome Pole & Aerial website:
