Bangor is a new adventure for me and I am super excited to spend the weekend with the community at Live Love Yoga!

This will be my first stop across the pond on this trip, so I’ll be fresh and ready to rock out with all you amazing yogis!

Here’s the Schedule

September 20th – Yoga Ninja – 7:15 – 8:45PM – £20 – This class is a blend of stealth and precision, combining elements of Vinyasa, Dance, and Martial Arts! This 90-minute flow includes some stealthy low-flying arm balances and tricky transitions, along with a few non-traditional poses that will challenge your mind and body!

September 21st – Handstand Foundations – 12:00 – 3:00PM – £35 – The Foundations course is focused on setting up your Handstand line and getting you into a confident stacked position, with and without the wall. We’ll be exploring a number of gymnastics-based drills for creating and maintaining your shape across various planes of movement. This session is all about training your brain/body connection to recognize your line from the entries of Scissor, Tuck, and Straddle!

September 21st – Arm Balance Foundations – 3:30 – 5:30PM – £25 – If you’ve ever seen a yogi balance on their hands and wondered “How do they do that?”, this introductory workshop is going to be perfect for you. Or if you already have a confident Arm Balance practice, come refine your fundamentals in a room filled with great energy!

September 22nd – Arm Balance Intermediate – 11:00 – 1:00PM – £25 – Ready to step up your Arm Balance game? This workshop will teach you how to transition through multiple Arm Balances in a smooth flow and incorporate into your daily practice! Students for this class should already have a solid Crow and Headstand in their existing practice.

September 22nd – Handstand Progressions – 2:00 – 5:00PM – £35 – The Progressions course introduces techniques for longer holds and different leg positions. Handstand comes in so many shapes and sizes, so you’ll be exploring the different aspects of the position! Much like every other pose, every student wears Handstand a little different, so this session will give you tons of tools to find your strongest variation!
