You do NOT have to be able to do a freestanding handstand to attend this training! This workshop is designed specifically people who can already kick to the wall, but can’t yet hold freestanding balance!
If you’ve struggled with balancing your handstand in the past, it’s most likely that your technique needs just a few slight adjustments, and then you need a gameplan to implement those adjustments.
