When you’re working on these drills, I want you to only focus on the drill, not the end goal of Handstand. I know that sounds counterintuitive, but trust me when I tell you that this is the way we start stacking proper strength and movement patterns into your body!

STEP 2: BE INBOX READY!

Ok, so let’s make sure all 21 of these videos are reaching you every day!
 
Make sure you check if the first email went into your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders…If so, mark it as safe and move that email to your Primary Inbox! Here’s a link to some simple Whitelist Instructions, so you make sure every video gets to you!
 
Also, it’s a good idea to make a special folder for this journey, so you can keep the videos organized…and so that you can revisit them later!

WEB OPTIMIZED VIDEOS

This program was shot in high-res video so you can see all the movements and drills cleanly, so if you notice any kind of video lag due to your internet connection, you can simply throttle down to a lower resolution by using the gear icon in the lower right corner of the video player.
I use Vimeo because they are the industry leader in video hosting, so their software should automatically use the best resolution of video, but just in case, there’s a quick visual of where you can toggle the resolution yourself if you need!
