This is the most common question I get about any of my beginner programs, and I want to let you know that freestanding balancing is NOT required for you to book your call. If anything, this call is going to give you the tools and feedback, so you can start using the wall in smart ways, and get to your freestanding balance even faster!
I highly recommend coming into the session with your wrists and shoulders already warmed up, and to have some kind of pen/paper or note-taking documents at the ready!
Thanks to magic internet elves, I’ve connected my personal calendar availability to Zoom through a fun little scheduling tool known as Calendly. Upon signing up, you’ll be emailed my private Calendly link, and all you have to do is pick a time that works for you!
These Jumpstart Calls are open to everybody, but full disclosure: My calendar tends to fill up fast, since these calls are only $49. There are only so many ours in a day…and yes, I occasionally require sleep…so once my calendar fills up for a month, I close registration.
