Welcome back Handstander! Your next endurance drill are Toe Floats at the wall. Much like your Twinkle Toes drills, the goal here is to be as light and soft as possible.

TOP TIPS FOR TOE FLOATS
Here are the 3 big things to remember with this drill:
Climb into a position that is comfortable for you, and get your hips stacked over your shoulders!
Start by moving only one leg at a time, then work up to floating both past each other smoothly.
Much like Twinkle Toes, slow down the switching of your legs to create more time under tension!
