Welcome back Handstander! Your next endurance drill are
at the wall. Much like your Twinkle Toes drills, the goal here is to be as light and soft as possible.
Remember: How you do anything is how you do everything!
TOP TIPS FOR TOE FLOATS
Here are the 3 big things to remember with this drill:
Climb into a position that is comfortable for you, and
get your hips stacked
over your shoulders!
Start by moving only one leg at a time, then
work up to floating both
past each other smoothly.
Much like Twinkle Toes, slow down the switching of your legs to
create more time under tension!
