Now is the perfect time to take a little physical inventory and assess how your body feels now compared to when you started the program!

Phase 2 is going to continue installing these exercises into your body, and we’ll be adding another day to the workout week, so make sure you carve out 5 slots of 30-minutes to make sure you stay on track!
 
Remember, this program is built to deliberately add more challenge each week so you can get stronger! No challenge. No change.
