This is where you get live in-the-moment feedback on your form and technique. As all of my current live students can attest to, these calls are absolute game-changers for making huge breakthroughs in your practice!
RESOURCE #2: MONTHLY GUEST INSTRUCTORS
Once a month, I’ll be inviting in a special guest instructor from the movement world (Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, Hand Balancing, Acrobatics) for a member’s-only workshop! These calls are SUPER IMPORTANT because it’s where we are going to take a few key measurements like your endurance hold times, and straight line shoulder angles. This is where we will literally measure your improvement every single time we meet!
RESOURCE #4: PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING
As part of your quarterly 1-on-1 coaching calls, you’ll be sent a personalized training regimen via Google Sheets. This will be your own private resource based on the combination of my coaching + the openness of your training schedule.

We all know that skill training is best done in smart cycles. Our Inner Circle will have 3-month training cycles that will cover specific parts of Handstand skill acquisition: Endurance Holds, Mobility, Dynamic Handstands, Strength Building…the list goes on!

INNER CIRCLE PREREQUISITES

FULL DISCLOSURE: This is a closed group with a finite number of spots. I’m taking serious students only.

Since our group meets twice a week, and is constantly adding new skills and drills to the workout regimen from my training protocol, there are a few requirements to qualify for the group.

Although these prerequisites are simple, they are very important.

Inner Circle members need to have completed at least one of my online courses or live events, and need to have at least a 30-second handstand at the wall.

The next part of the process to schedule your intake call so my team and I can get an understanding of your current practice + your short, mid, and long-term goals.

Finally, all members of the Inner Circle must be willing to submit their progress videos for review, so that we can help you grow and thrive in your practice!

The biggest complaints I hear from Handstand students are:

1) Consistency. Some days they feel super balanced, and the next they can hardly stay up at all.

INNER CIRCLE FAQ'S

Here’s some Frequently Asked Questions about the Handstand Inner Circle. If any of these are still unclear after you read this, I’ve listed my personal cell number at the bottom of this section.
I want to let you know that freestanding balancing is NOT required for this group. Everyone starts at different places, and after a little time with the group, you’ll be freestanding like a boss!
This is NOT a problem at all! You’l have 24/7 access to the Replay Page so you can access the workouts whenever you want!
Your workouts are 60 minutes twice a week with each call concluding with 156-minutes of Q&A. You will also be assigned Handstand homework, for you to work on your individual skills. The quarterly 1-on-1 coaching calls are 60 minutes long and will give you individual programming to work on. Keep reading to learn more about that!
This is our opportunity to connect in a 1-on-1 capacity, and take a deep dive into your practice. This is where we’ll be giving you drill-specific sets and reps to carry your practice to the next level.
