HOW IT WORKS

This 3-part video series is made specifically for beginners, and includes my BEST drills for using a wall properly and getting you closer to your freestanding balance!
Here’s the training outline:

DAY 1: TWINKLE TOES

This is the foundational technique drill that will set you up for success during the rest of Bootcamp. You’re no longer going to slam into the wall with force, but rather I will teach you how to stop at that perfect moment where your hips are stacked over your shoulders and wrists!

DAY 2: TOE FLOATS

After learning how to stop on Day 1, now it’s time to build some strength in a similar (but different) position. You’ll work through different variations of Toe Floats with your chest facing the wall. Day 2 is going help you build strength and endurance in a clean and stacked position!

DAY 3: NEGATIVE ECCENTRICS

Once you get to Day 3, you’re in a prime position to combine your strength and technique with a drill called Negative Eccentrics! This drill will teach you the progressions of staying up for longer, and learning where your specific balance point is!
