STEP 1: SAVE THESE DATES!
December 30th, January 1st, and January 3rd! 8:00am Pacific Standard Time

DEC 30TH: TECHNIQUE
On Day 1 you are going to learn the best methods for Hand Placement, L-Kick Entry, and how to use the wall to your advantage. I’ll also show you how to open your shoulders and get rid of “banana back”!
JAN 1ST: CONDITIONING
On Day 2 we are going to start your New Year by showing you that you are so much stronger than you think! By using the technique tips from Day 1, I’ll show you how to hold your handstand for longer!
JAN 3RD: STRUCTURED TRAINING
On the final day of training you are going to combine your Technique and Conditioning for a full handstand workout, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way, doing all the sets and reps with you!
Put these times in your calendar now so you don't forget.
Plan for 60 to 70 minutes per call for full practice + Student Q&A sessions.
