Remember Twinkle Toes? Of course you do…Well today is your opportunity to build onto this drill by alternating your legs against the wall. You’re going to create moments of balance in between your leg switches, so it might take you a few rounds to get it down…but once you have it, you’ll start to feel lighter and lighter each time.
Record yourself from the side to make sure you’re far enough away from the wall and that your knees are lining up!
