20% - 50% Kick Ins

Now that you’ve been working hard on your shape and strength, it’s time for you to add a little height to your kicks!

In our very first video, we talked about the 0 to 100% spectrum of a kick, starting with the 10% range…So for today, I want you to up-level that kick, meaning you’re in control of a bigger range of motion.
 
SIDE NOTE: If getting too high gives you the fear of falling, take a few extra minutes with this video and work on the turn-out as a way of practicing a safe and secure exit plan!
