Hollow body is one of the most foundational shapes that you’ll do as you progress through your handstand journey. You’ve actually already done this shape with your feet on the wall in your Contrast Drills… Now it’s time to take it into the full position, but horizontally, which makes your lever longer! I’ve included the basic variation on the ground + an additional technique that utilizes 2 yoga blocks for elevation!
Start with 15 – 20 seconds to gauge your endurance, and start adding a few seconds every time you train!
