Twinkle Toes - Stopping at the Wall

Time to channel your inner ballerina! Let’s dial in your grace, fluidity, and control with a drill called Twinkle Toes! 

As the name implies, you are trying to be as light as possible with your feet. Try to slow down your body as you approach the wall, making your connection to the wall lighter and lighter each time.
