Contrast Shapes

Alright Handstander, today we are going to explore the difference in shapes by contrasting the “in position” alignment vs the “out of position” alignment, and you’ll feel a big difference between the two.

This drill can be done on the ground or at the wall, with varying degrees in between. Try on as many variations of this one as you can, and remember to focus on shoulders, ribs, and hips!
