Today you are going to explore the 10% – 20% Straddle Hop! A couple of days ago you did the hop to blocks in 2 movements…now you get the chance to tie those movements together! First, let’s take a few minutes to stretch out your straddle position as we begin to work on your mobility and range of motion.
