Wall Shrugs - Trap Focus!

Want more push!? Well, here is a drill that specifically isolates the habit of pressing up through the trapezius so you can create a longer and straighter handstand line!

Keep your rigid hollow body shape through this movement and don’t let your low back get away from you. This small, yet powerful, movement will train your brain and body to continue pushing when you get your freestanding balance!
 
PRO TIP: Keep the movement to just the Traps…avoid the temptation to bend the elbows here and just give everything you got to the push upward with straight arms.
