If you’re new to straddle, today’s video is the PERFECT place to start. This drill will dial in your movement and accuracy as we give your feet a target, in the form of yoga blocks. The long term vision here is to eventually straddle up into handstand…so if we know that’s the output we’ll eventually shoot for, let’s start with our most basic of inputs and hop our feet up to blocks with some intention and focus!
PRO TIP: Stretch out your straddle in a seated position before doing this drill, and take a few minutes each day to make straddle part of your mobility routine!
