DAY 12

Elevated Scissor Lifts!

Let’s take all the work we’ve been doing, and get it more vertical! Get yourself an elevated surface like a folding chair, ottoman, or a few yoga blocks.

The key to remember here is to crawl in farther than you think is comfortable. Film yourself from the side during your first couple of tries, and the video will tell you if your hips are high enough.
