Pike Walks are the foundational move before you learn Handstand Press. So aside from learning good habits and conditioning, you’ll start to build your press strength as a nice little side effct of this drill! You’re going to play with Pike Walks forward and backward, so even if you have to do a little baby hop to start, that’s totally OK!
