Pike Walks - The Key to Press

Pike Walks are the foundational move before you learn Handstand Press. So aside from learning good habits and conditioning, you’ll start to build your press strength as a nice little side effct of this drill!

You’re going to play with Pike Walks forward and backward, so even if you have to do a little baby hop to start, that’s totally OK!
 
PRO TIP: Stretch your hamstrings before this video and give yourself a deeper forward fold!
