Pike Slides with Blocks & Socks

Grab a couple of yoga blocks, and throw on your favorite pair of handstand socks, because we are rocking out with the Pike Slide today!

Back in my gymnastics training days, we did these like they were going out of style. Spoiler Alert: They never went out of style. This is a foundational drill that you’ll be doing for a while when you keep training with me!
 
PRO TIP: Adjust the height of your blocks to make this harder or easier, depending on your skill level.
