LIVE COACHING ON ZOOM

The first piece to your coaching program is the live training component! These calls will allow me to give you feedback and corrections in real-time, so you can see the differences immediately. Each Coaching Block comes with 4 live Zoom calls, done either weekly or biweekly depending on your schedule.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM

After each call, I’ll email you your training regimen for the next  14 days. This will be a customized program that addresses the areas where you need the most work, because this practice is not “one size fits all”. This will be a completely done-for-you build, getting straight to the drills that will benefit you the most!

WEEKLY ASSESSMENTS

Your program will include homework assignments that you’ll send me once a week on Instagram or WhatsApp. This is where I’ll respond with text and voice notes, giving you corrections and guidance along the way so you can make sure you’re improving in between our Zoom calls!

THE 4 ZOOM CALLS:
These calls can be done weekly or bi-weekly. Most students do the bi-weekly option with the weekly video homework in between. This means that your investment covers 2 months of Coaching with on-going support!
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM:
This is a continuous and flexible program that we will modify together every time we meet. The key to making big progress in your training is to continue challenging yourself, so we regularly re-structure your program to do just that!
HOMEWORK & FEEDBACK:
Every week you’ll send me 2 to 3 videos of your assigned homework drills, and I’ll reply with a detailed voicenote of the corrections and adjustments you can make. These touchpoints will compliment and add to the coaching we cover on our live Zoom calls!
NO ANNUAL COMMITMENT:
Each 4-call Coaching Block is sold one-at-a-time. No subscription. No annual commitment. You can renew at the end of each block if you choose, or take a break and start up again later, depending on your schedule!
