The first piece to your coaching program is the live training component! These calls will allow me to give you feedback and corrections in real-time, so you can see the differences immediately. Each Coaching Block comes with 4 live Zoom calls, done either weekly or biweekly depending on your schedule.
After each call, I’ll email you your training regimen for the next 14 days. This will be a customized program that addresses the areas where you need the most work, because this practice is not “one size fits all”. This will be a completely done-for-you build, getting straight to the drills that will benefit you the most!
Your program will include homework assignments that you’ll send me once a week on Instagram or WhatsApp. This is where I’ll respond with text and voice notes, giving you corrections and guidance along the way so you can make sure you’re improving in between our Zoom calls!
