Dynamic 90
and once you look at it, you’ll know exactly why!
Remember, repetition is the mother of mastery!
TOP TIPS FOR DYNAMICS 90'S
This one takes a little more setup in the beginning, but it’s definitely worth it so you can create that feeling of your hips being over your hands!
Use
just the ball of your foot or the tip of your big toe
to touch the wall. Avoid having the entire sole of your foot attached the to the wall.
Keep your top leg completely straight
, with your quad turned on and your toes pointed!
And as always...slow down the switching of the legs to
create more time under tension!
