Well, that’s a tongue twister…All jokes aside, here’s the 3 big things to remember with this drill:
Approach the wall as softly as possible! The less contact, the better.
Once you're up, the only movement happens at the knees. One leg straight. One knee bent.
Slow down the switching of the legs to create more time under tension!
